canefantasma poster art: a selection curated by Mimmo Manes

Mimmo Manes founded Dinamo and shaped its visual character. He now lives and works in Cambridge, in the United Kingdom, and goes by the name canefantasma, the independent graphic design studio he runs on his own. His field is contemporary visual communication, with a conceptual approach, a method of continuous research and the belief that graphic design has a social role, not only a commercial one.

Over twenty years he has built visual identities, art direction, brands and publishing for very different clients, from British Airways, BBC Radio 1, The Guardian and Condé Nast to the Champions League and Vodafone, and on to cultural organisations such as the Siena Art Institute and the Visionaria Film Festival. His work has been exhibited and published in international collections of typography and poster design. He collaborates with Dinamo as a freelance and remains a point of reference on the visual quality of its projects.
